CONSTITUTION OF THE UNIVERSE

Article 1

No person, group of persons, or any government of any form may initiate force, threat of force, fraud against any individual's self or property.

Article 2

Force may be morally and legally used only in self defense against those who violate Article 1

Article 3

No exception shall ever exist for Articles 1 and 2

These laws of the universe are the laws among the civilizations of the universe, and arise from the Divine Grace, and are embodied in every sentient, conscious being that has ever existed or will exist. These laws are the ultimate gift of the Supreme Being, from which Divine Grace has its origin.
