Satisfaction Guaranteed! If any product from Sam Andy does not live up to your expectations, you may return it to Sam Andy® freight prepaid for a prompt refund of the purchase price.
Damaged Shipments. If merchandise is received in a damaged condition, call us at once. We will notify the shipper and follow through to make sure you receive a prompt resolution of your claim.
Returns and Exchanges. You must call Sam Andy for an authorization number before shipping any return. Pack the product carefully and return it to us freight prepaid. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, in saleable condition, we will issue a charge card credit, credit your open account, or issue a refund check, depending upon your original method of payment. Returns that are shipped without authorization will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
