The finest Belgian chocolate and rich natural and organic ingredients, slowly and carefully crafted in small

The ingredients chosen are all naturally grown and processed without chemicals, additives, artificial
flavors, colors or preservatives and no GE/GMO. From the fruit and nuts to the rich Australian cream,
unsalted butter from New Zealand and the chocolate itself - all the ingredients are sourced from suppliers
that are natural and organically conscious.
Australian Chocolates lives a company philosophy that is second to none. It is quite simple - real quality still

recipes, the chocolate making process and of course the final product.
Chocolates are available in European flavours, each carefully hand-crafted to
exacting standards by Dutch trained and certified Chocolatier, Pastry Chef and Food Scientist Elvire van
Leeuwen-Smith. All chocolates are made in our factory which has been constructed just for chocolate making,
