When minerals are excess or deficient, there are noticeable traits
indicating these conditions. Rarely will one mineral be at fault, it is
usually several. Understanding these traits will help analyze a particular
ailment. These minerals are broken down into three categories, Electrolytes,
Builders, and Reactors. The Electrolytes are Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium,
and Sodium. The Builders are Carbon, Nitrogen, Silicon, and Fluorine. The
Reactors are Chromium, Chlorine, Hydrogen, Iodine, Iron [Copper], Manganese,
Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Zinc.
Calcium Excess and Deficiency Consequences
(Electrolyte) When calcium is in excess in the body, the person will have the appearance
of being indestructible. They are basic, earthy people who have slow even
reactions to events. Calcium excess people suffer from hardening conditions,
any ~osis, and have a problem eliminating uric acid. These people have eye
problems, sight problems, ears and hearing problems, and problems with the
connective tissues of the body, particularly tendons and ligaments. Calcium
excess people are affected by changes in humidity, and do best in dry
climates.
When calcium is deficient in the body, this person has lung ailments of all
sorts. They will have digestive problems and leg cramps, particularly in the
calves. These people get bored easily, and have a lack of willpower and
physical strength. There is always catarrh, usually in the lungs and
digestive tract. A calcium deficient person will sweat very easily, usually
with an acid body odor. They often complain of having aches and pains
everywhere. Calcium deficient people usually have a family problem, a family
stress, and most often do not recognize it as a problem.
Magnesium Excess and Deficiency Consequences
(Electrolyte) A magnesium excess body is rare, but does happen, usually from "over the
counter" bowel remedies. This magnesium in these remedies is inert, and hard for the body to
absorb, use, and expel, causing the excess. Excess magnesium affects memory,
perception, and mental response. This person is looked at as "slow or
retarded." There is the appearance of a constant sleepiness, and general
apathy. The speech can be slurred, sometimes incoherent.
The magnesium deficient person is very common in society today. They will
exhibit an excited nervous system, and always changing direction of thought.

forgetfulness. There are body aches and mild headache, coming and going.
Stiff muscles, usually upon rising, or after long periods of stillness.

temper. Most notably, there is a sensitivity to cigarette smoke, even when a
smoker themselves.

opposite to their current mental state.
Sodium Excess and Deficiency Consequences

people have reoccurring ailments that are always in cycles. These ailments
are brought on by mental problems, mental stress. Sodium excess people have
keen senses, particularly when the sodium is an inorganic form. They are
extremists, never resting on one position. The sodium excess cause quick
erratic responses, making them prone to accidents.

have restless feelings, eyesight problems, dry skin, lack of saliva, noisy
joints, tendon and ligament problems, foul breath, pale complexion,
drowsiness, fatigue, lack of strength, coated tongue, bloating, and
flatulence. They have difficulty digesting fats and high glycemic foods.
Most have a mild reoccurring headache in the forward head area. The sodium
deficiency doesn't allow the kidneys to remove uric acid properly, so there
are gout like symptoms. Most odd is sensitivity to drafts.
Carbon Excess and Deficiency Consequences
(Builder) The carbon excess body always has nerve problems and restless feelings. They
become overweight easily, with a loose, soft fat. Carbon excess causes
anemia, a desire for high glycemic foods, and an imbalance of blood sugar.

of chlorine deficiency. It causes a trembling muscle weakness with jerky
motions, tendency for drug dependency or drug abuse, dry skin, numbness, and
poor digestion. It causes a craving for salty foods, which feeds and
enhances the chlorine excess. Many chlorine excess people have weight
problems.

behavior, catarrh, bronchiole phlegm, and heart and lung problems. Sometimes
a throbbing throat is experienced. A grinding of the teeth is a common
iodine deficiency problem.

suffer from a lackadaisical attitude and drowsiness. They have weak senses,
sluggish brain, and circulatory problems. There is an excessive head
pressure and congestion.
Iron deficiency is very common, particularly in women and the elderly. The
symptoms are depression, poor memory, poor respiration, slow speech, and low
blood pressure. The low iron causes low oxygen causing low energy. These
people are easily susceptible to colds, flu, and viral infections. Lack of
oxygen lowers brain activity, hence brain fog. Severe iron deficiency causes
a spitting of blood.

(Reactor) There are two types of phosphorus in foods, one prone to nerves and one
prone to bones. A body can have an excess of one type and a deficiency of
another.
Phosphorus excess is common today with carbonated drinks and red meat diets.
This phosphorus is inorganic, making it hard for the body to expel it. The
characteristics of phosphorus excess are religious fanaticism, self
appointed self deduced religious ideals allowing extreme lifestyles,
possible sleepwalking, malnutrition causing hunger, over confidence, vivid
imagination particularly about oneself and ones beliefs, and volatile
exaggerated emotions. There is a progressive deterioration of tissues, often
