In 1991, Margaret Birkin an Australian spiritual medium and clairvoyant was told in a meditation group that she would be channeling a new energy, a very high being, and that her then channel Argos would be leaving her. This new energy would be brought in by a man from the Brotherhood, and she would not like this man when she met him. In 1992 when she was based on the Gold Coast Peter Maclaurin came for a reading with her, she did not like him, but she did say to Peter on his leaving, that she had a feeling he was going to be very influential in her life, but at that time did not know why. She did not connect Peter with the man who would bring in the new energy. A year later she met Peter again and this time as she was looking for a Manager, and he was looking to get out of his electronics work, he offered his services and so their association began. In the beginning, it was a very volatile relationship, Margaret is a Libra with her sun in the first house, which makes her very like an Aries person, Peter is an Aries, it was like putting fire with fire. They did not get on very well at all, just as had been predicted.

In that first year during one of their many arguments, Margaret told him that she would be channeling a new energy, she was as surprised herself that this popped out of her mouth because until then, she had no idea herself. Peter asked her who she would be channeling, and she told him "The Lord Maitreya". Peter had been a Theosophist for over 20 years and so he knew who the Lord Maitreya was, however he questioned but did not say anything to Margaret about the accuracy of her statement.

Very soon this new energy started channeling, he called himself to begin with Isaiah, and he told Peter that he was not ready to go to the world, that he had to prepare Margaret for his energy and that of a higher energy who would channel through her and that he would announce his mission in 1997, perhaps even earlier in 1996. In the next four years, spirit took Margaret to New Zealand, and gave her the energy to become the top clairvoyant in New Zealand, she was employed by the New Zealand Woman’s Weekly as a regular weekly columnist, became a top radio clairvoyant, channelled Isaiah all over the country and worked with Isaiah’s help on releasing the last of the blockages that were inhibiting her from channeling higher. She gained a very fine reputation as a trance channel and as a teacher. Peter and she also, with the help of Carolyn Uebergang an exceptional spiritual healer, created the Karinya Healing and Teaching Centre, in Taupo New Zealand, and one of many that will soon be around our planet.

During this time, Margaret was informed that she had in a previous incarnation, been Madam Blavatsky, (the medium who founded the Theosophical Society) and that in that incarnation she had not written or spoken the truth. That the Masters of Wisdom were not in the Himalayas as was accepted, but that they could never be on the earth plane because of their very high vibratory rate. They were in the world of spirit, and they had been preparing Margaret from birth, to channel the energy of the Lord Maitreya. According to the Lord Maitreya, he did channel to Madam Blavatsky, but because she was having problems with the spiritual churches, she did not want to be associated with spooks and ghostly entities. At that time this was what the spiritual churches were all about, and so she created Masters in the Himalayas. Margaret was also told that the books she had written as Madam Blavatsky were far too complicated and that the message of Maitreya had to be simple, because it was to go to the people. Margaret was told she would write a series of books about the metaphysical that would be very simple. In 1994, she had her first book published "Margaret Birkin’s Simple Guide to the Psychic" and followed this with a relaxation and meditation tape.

After much channeling from Isaiah, Peter finally came to understand his role with Margaret, their clashes of personality became less and less, and they finally started working together in harmony. In December 1994 they married, and in 1995 left New Zealand to spend a year traveling the United States of America on a spiritual journey. During this time, on three occasions, Isaiah took Margaret to a higher vibration, first in Denver Colorado at 5,000 feet above sea level, then in Taos, New Mexico, 7,000 feet above sea level, later in Cripple Creek, Colorado, 10,000 feet above sea level and finally at Mount Haleakala in Maui at over 10,000 feet. During these ascensions, Margaret experienced an incredible spiritual union with what she calls "The Ultimate Being".

Masters Course and the World Teacher

While in the United States of America, Margaret was informed that she was to create a Master of Metaphysics course, and that she was to take it home to New Zealand and package it as a spiritual holiday, and that if she did this, she would be sent those who were to do the course, who would then go back to their countries and teach it to others. This would then be the purpose of The Lord Maitreya’s emergence, as "The World Teacher". Margaret was also told that she would be asked to go to different countries and talk about spiritual matters.

Margaret has now returned to New Zealand where she is living in Nelson on the South Island of New Zealand. She is preparing her Masters Course, teaching, and conducting personal one on one spiritual readings. These readings are so special that there is a waiting list of people wanting to see her. She only conducts 10 - 15 readings per week. Margaret and Peter also intend with Lord Maitreya's help to set up further healing and teaching centres around the world. As well as the one in Taupo New Zealand, others are planned for other countries. They anticipate their next traveling will take them to England and to Canada. Although they are only told when spirit are ready, so it could be anywhere.
