Heart Centered Healing is focused primarily on the technique of Hypnotherapy and Transformational
Life coaching.
Hypnosis, also known as guided visual imagery, deep relaxation or biofeedback exercises, is a state of
highly focused concentration that allows you to access to all the information stored in the 90% of
your mind called the subconscious. Hypnosis is a very natural and common state of mind and is not to
be feared, because in a hypnotic trance the subject is always in control.
Hynotherapy is a dynamic tool that offers the opportunity to create a healthy balance of mind, body
and spirit. Everything yu believe and emotionally accept, whether positive or negative has
manifesteed itself in your life in some manner. Each of us has created our reality based on the
way we think and feel. through the process of relaxaation you increase your awareness, allowing
you to bring clarity and solutions to your own unique situations.
Reconnecting to the passion of life and to one's purpose is possible through the processes used.
